Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sport career when she was 14 years old. Aspen Ladd was trained in BJJ, kickboxing, boxing and wrestling prior to making her professional debut at WCFC in the age group of 18. Ladd took advantage of this win and continued her three-fight win streak in Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents in the opening round in each fight. Following that she took on WCFC for the second time and defeated Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen won against Silvia Babaeghian, Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo ahead of a match against Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia defeated Aspen and prevailed over her with a the unanimous decision, which put an end to Ladd's amateur record. Ladd recovered from the loss, and defeated Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to make her record 8-1. Aspen turned professional in 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. She faced Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11 and beat her to secure a first-round TKO. Aspen won her subsequent fight against Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission and went up to Bantamweight for her next fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen took on McGill by wrestling her to the ground and eventually defeated her in the third round by TKO. In the following fight, she took on Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) because Ladd did not reach her weight, but Aspen dominated Hoy and got her out in the second round via TKO. Invicta FC 21, she defeated her opponent in her final bout with the promotion via a unanimous vote. Her UFC debut took place at UFC Fight Night 118 at which point she was up against Lina Lansberg. She defeated Lina and pounded her with a ground and pound to pick up a second-round TKO victory. In her subsequent fight, she defeated Tonya Evinger with a more stunning victory. Ladd won over Evinger in just the first minute she was awarded a bonus for the performance of the evening. Her debut fight was when she fought her second opponent in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in an Invicta FC rematch. Her victory was an unanimous verdict, and also she was awarded the Fight of the Night award went to both fighters. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie beat Ladd within just 16 seconds, which was enough ending her win streak. Then she bounced back to win Yana Kunitskaya in the third round at UFC on ESPN 7. She faced Norma Dumont as a substitute for her fight last time with the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. The fight ended in an unanimous decision.
