Singer was born on 26 November 1986 in Santa Monica California. She has a father named Vincenzo Barba is the mother of Valerie Barba. When she was six, she and her family moved to Point Pleasant New Jersey. She completed her high school education at the age of six in New Jersey at Red Bank Catholic High School. The schooling continued in Catholic University where she earned the degree of bachelor of architecture.
